INFECTIOUS DISEASE

Please wash or sanitize your hands prior to your treatment. According to professional standards of practice, we have strict cleaning and sanitation practices. In addition to these, we also use a Blueair Pure air purifier which can filter the treatment room air in 12.5 minutes. We leave 30 minutes between clients to ensure air has been turned over. Masking is now optional for clients. Danelle may wear a mask during the treatments.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

INTUITY has a strict cancellation policy. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. No shows will result in 100% of the treatment cost. Last minute reservation changes not made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service price. You may choose to avoid a fee by finding someone to take your place. Thank you for being considerate. If you would like to be added to our last minute call list please contact us! Thank you.

 

 EXTREME WEATHER

In the event of extreme weather where travel is unsafe, appointments may be rescheduled. Cancellation fees may be waived. 

UNDERAGE CLIENTS

Clients aged 15 and under need to have permission to receive treatment signed by their caregiver. Caregivers are required to stay onsite during treatment either in the treatment room or in the waiting area.

INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT

Professional boundaries protect the client and the therapist. If these boundaries are crossed, the therapist may choose to terminate the professional relationship. 

If the therapist feels that the session has turned sexual for the client, the session will be ended immediately and the client will no longer be welcome into the practice. Authorities may be contacted. The full price will be charged for the appointment. 

GIFT CARDS

Gift card value never expires. Service prices are subject to change. No refunds. Please be considerate and use gift certificates in a timely manner. INTUITY is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Bring your gift card/emailed card to your appointment. We cannot process the card without it present.
